• Make-up required for completion
• Though the course is free to LAUSD teachers, there are fees for make-ups

Summative Tasks:

In addition to active engaged participation in all session activities, the summative assessment is based upon completion of three components:

1. Basic Lesson Series Organizer
2. Subject Specific Lesson Series Organizer (selected for subject)
3. Lesson Plan Template

• Each session of the course includes instruction and support for these tasks. 
• Lesson planning tasks will require time outside of session hours. 
• Instructors will provide parameters for the specific required content of Lesson Plan focus for each subject and tier.
