We provide technical assistance and serves as a resource for staff, Board members,
outside agencies and the public in areas related to certificated and unclassified
personnel classification, compensation and salary matters. We develop
and interpret personnel policies and procedures. We provide salary
data and analyses and serve as technical resource for personnel-related
matters in the certificated collective bargaining process and the reduction-in-force
process. We handle administrative promotional examinations and evaluate
personnel-related legislation, lobbies, organizations and associations
and testify before governmental bodies.
