he Personnel Research and Analysis section provides technical assistance to and serves as a technical resource in all areas related to certificated and unclassified personnel and salary matters. We also develop and interpret personnel policy and procedure; provide salary data and analyses and serve as technical resource for personnel-related matters in the certificated collective bargaining process. We implement the administrative selection procedure for school-based administrators.
