Bulletin No. S-24 -Master Plan Salary Differentials and Incentive Stipends - The District and UTLA Collective Bargaining Agreement provides for the payment of stipends and differentials to qualified employees who are appropriately assigned to programs for Limeted-English Proficient (LEP) students in the "Master Plan for English Learners." This bulletin provides general qualifications, service requirements and rates for eligible teachers. Reference Guide REF 1639 - Language Acquisition Class - The purpose of this Reference Guide is to notify all qualifying personnel of the application procedures for the Language Acquisition classes for the period of May - July 2005. Past Due: Friday April 15, 2005 - Applications must have been mailed to the Master Plan Teacher Training Program office. Reference Guide REF 991.1- BCLAD Examinations - The purpose of this Reference Guide is to provide information about the examinations required to obtain the BCLAD Certificate, and preparation classes that will be offered by the Master Plan Teacher Training Program (MPTTP) prior to the next examination date, Winter 2005.
