No. 3802.2 -Master Plan Salary Differentials and Incentive Stipends - The District and UTLA Collective Bargaining Agreement
provides for the payment of stipends and differentials to qualified
employees who are appropriately assigned to programs for Limited-English Proficient (LEP) students
in the "Master Plan for English Learners." This bulletin
provides general qualifications, service requirements and rates for
eligible teachers.
