The Career Ladder Level Matrix

Ladder Level is determined by meeting both the educational benchmarks and the performance assessment requirements. All participants begin at Ladder Level one until the appropriate Performance Assessments have been completed and approved.

 

 Eligibility for Career Ladder Services is dependent on Ladder Level.

 

Amount of Tuition Reimbursement is determined according to the following chart.  Reimbursement is awarded according to Ladder Level two weeks prior to submission deadline.
