Career Ladder participants have access to On-Campus Advisors, California State University faculty members who are available during special office hours. A participant does not have to be enrolled at the university to take advantage of this service, which makes it especially valuable to people who are returning to school after taking time off, or who are about to transfer from a community college to a university. There are On-Campus Advisors at four local Cal States: CSU Dominguez Hills, CSU Los Angeles, CSU Long Beach, and CSU Northridge.
