The Employee Relations Section coordinates the dismissal, discipline, non-reelection, and demotion of certificated and classified employees, as appropriate. We process background investigations including fingerprints and conviction reviews. We conduct personnel service folder reviews; maintain, update, and respond to requests for information from personnel records. We also monitor the Certificated Performance Evaluation System and coordinate subpoenas for employee records.
