Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

EAP is a District-funded program that offers a multitude of services for all District employees. All active LAUSD employees and their dependents are enrolled in the EAP. This program offers many services, including the following:

  • Confidential counseling sessions (3 free sessions per person)
  • Financial counseling
  • Legal counseling
  • Stress management
  • Available 24 hours a day 7 days a week

The EAP website has recently been enhanced to include the Workforces in Transition Help Center. This center provides information, articles and links to other resources for employees and also for managers and supervisors who are responsible for assisting their employees through this time of change.
