Step 1:		Register for the professional development of your choice by downloading the form below.
Step 2:		Fax your completed registration form to the PAR Office.
Step 3:		Expect a confirmation which will be sent to your LAUSD email address.
Step 4:		Enroll on the Learning Zone.

LAUSD teachers who attend PAR Workshop classes (Project Number: 55-22-162) for a total of 30 contact hours (e.g. five 6-hour sessions) on non-paid time, may earn one salary point credit.

Interested teachers should click on the link "Participant Log of PD Activities" to download the necessary form.

Participants are responsible for keeping this log and obtaining signatures from each presenter to verify their participation. When 30 approved hours are logged and completed, participants should submit their log along with all attendance verification forms
